SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

If any of our products do not meet your expectations, we want to know. So please email us at customerservice@teagallerie.com and include your order number and a description of the reason for the return. We will gladly exchange or refund your purchase less the cost of shipping within 30 days of receipt of the returned merchandise. Please note that refunds will only be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original transaction.

Processing Time
Orders placed before 1pm Pacific Time are processed and shipped the same
business day. You can always expect superior processing and on-time delivery from your friends at Tea Gallerie.

Flat-rate Shipping
Tea Gallerie Flat Rate shipping is $8 to anywhere in the US - via UPS Delivery.
Currently we do not offer shipping upgrades, but are looking to add it in the near
future.

Exceptions: Orders placed to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and PO boxes must ship USPS Priority and will accrue a $3.00 surcharge above the Flat Rate.
